AI-Native Web Applications
From idea to working system — with the depth of 20+ AI products we've shipped.
Quick answer
The next generation of business software is not a 'site with a form' — it's an application that understands, summarises and acts: a customer portal that answers questions; an internal tool that writes proposals; a dashboard that explains the numbers. VR Express builds AI-native web applications — from idea to working system — with the depth of 20+ AI products we've shipped.
What is an AI-native app
Not a 'site + bot on top'. AI-native means the AI capabilities — explanation, summarisation, generation, action — are in the app's logic itself. The result: an interface that does the work, instead of collecting data for a person to do it.
Example systems we build
- Customer portals with AI answers over your data
- Internal tools for sales and ops teams (proposals, summaries, quick analysis)
- RAG over company databases, PDFs, wikis
- AI funnels: quiz / diagnostic that closes the sale
- Analytics dashboards that explain the numbers, not just display them
Stack and ownership
TypeScript/React, Node/Python, Postgres/pgvector, leading LLMs. You own the code and the data. Hosting — yours, ours in the EU, or hybrid. No vendor lock-in.
From prototype to production in weeks
We work in 2-week sprints. Prototype in 2–4 weeks — so you see and feel the app before investing in the full build. For pricing factors see the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between an AI-native app and a 'site with a chatbot'?
An AI-native app is designed around the AI functions — the queries, answers, actions are in the core. Site+bot is a bot glued on top, usually limited and without real access to the data.
What stack do you use?
TypeScript/React frontend, Node/Python backend, Postgres/pgvector, leading LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Ownership over code and data — you host them yourself or in our EU infrastructure.
Can you use our own data?
Yes — RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) over PDFs, databases, wikis, emails. The data stays yours; models are not trained on it.
How fast can we have a prototype?
Working prototype — 2–4 weeks. Full production app — typically 8–14 weeks.
Can we extend the app ourselves later?
Yes. We write clean, documented code (no no-code lock-in). We train your team or continue support — your choice.
