NFC digital business cards for sales teams, with your brochures and analytics built in
Every rep gets a tap-to-share card that opens a live profile and your approved brochures. Sales operations controls every seat and sees which cards get opened.
Quick answer
The Digital Sales Kit gives each member of a field sales team an NFC business card with a printed QR code. One tap or scan opens the rep's live web profile: contact details, a save-contact button, a contact form and your company's brochures. Because the profile lives on the web, a new title, phone number or brochure reaches every card the moment you publish it. Managers run all seats from one workspace and see how often each card is opened and which contact requests came in. VR Express, an XR and digital studio in Sofia working since 2015, built and runs the platform behind it, Meta Cards, and has produced digital brochures for pharma and banking clients.
Who the Digital Sales Kit is for
It is built for companies whose people meet clients face to face and leave something behind: a card, a brochure, a product sheet. Typical buyers are heads of sales operations and sales excellence, and marketing operations teams, in organisations with roughly 20 to 500 client-facing staff.
- Banks and insurers: branch, SME and relationship managers who hand out cards every day and need product information to stay current.
- Pharma affiliates: medical representatives who may only share approved materials, and brand teams who want one current version in front of every doctor.
- B2B sales teams: distributors and equipment suppliers whose catalogues and price sheets change faster than print runs.
The usual trigger is a moment that forces a reprint anyway: a rebrand, a merger, a wave of new hires, a product launch or a paper-reduction target in the sustainability plan.
How it works
- Import your team. We load your people from a spreadsheet into a branded company workspace. Each person is one seat, with language versions if your clients speak more than one language.
- Design once, apply to all. We design the card and the profile page in your brand, then generate every rep's card from the same template, on a domain branded for your company.
- Add your brochure library. We turn your approved PDFs into digital V-Brochures that read well on a phone and link them from every card.
- Print and hand out. We produce print-ready files with a personal QR code for each rep and supply NFC cards that open the same page with a tap.
- Run and measure. Managers add new hires, mark leavers inactive, update details and follow card opens and contact requests in the dashboard.
What you get: pilot, full rollout, run
Fixed-price pilot, credited to the full build. One team of up to 25 people, one language and one brochure, live in about three weeks. Your team uses the cards with real clients for a month, then we review the numbers together. If you roll out, the pilot price is credited against the setup.
Full rollout. All seats and languages, your brochure library converted to V-Brochures, the NFC and QR print run, and optional extras such as 3D or photo avatars on the profile.
Run. A per-seat annual subscription covering hosting, seat administration, card edits, brochure updates, analytics and support.
Included in every card today:
- Live profile with contact details, links and your brochures
- Save-contact button that adds the rep to the client's phone
- Contact form, with requests exportable as a spreadsheet
- Language versions per person that share one seat
- Card opens over time, per person and per language, in the manager view
You can see the format in our Meta Cards and V-Brochures presentation.
Digital Sales Kit vs printed cards and PDF attachments
Most sales teams still run on printed cards and brochures sent as email or messenger attachments. It works until something changes. A new title means a reprint. A new brochure means the old PDF keeps circulating, sometimes for years. A rep who leaves still has a stack of cards in clients' drawers. And nobody knows which leave-behinds were ever opened.
Self-serve digital card apps solve part of this for individuals, but they are bought and managed rep by rep. The company has no central brochure library, no say over the content and no single place to switch seats on and off.
The Digital Sales Kit is built for the company. Content is approved once and reaches every card. Seats are assigned and freed by managers. The cards run on a domain branded for you, and one team builds both the platform and the brochures, including for regulated pharma content.

Frequently asked questions about the Digital Sales Kit
What is an NFC digital business card for a sales team?
It is a physical card with an NFC chip and a printed QR code that both open the same web page: the rep's live profile with contact details, a save-contact button, a contact form and the company's brochures. Because the profile is a web page, changing a phone number, title or brochure updates every card at once. The company manages all cards from one workspace.
Do our clients need an app to open the card?
No. Tapping the card on a phone with NFC, scanning the QR code or opening the short link all lead to a normal web page in the phone's browser. Saving the contact adds the rep to the client's address book directly.
What analytics does the sales team get?
Managers see how often each card is opened over time, per person and per language, plus the contact requests left through the card, which can be exported as a spreadsheet. During the pilot we agree which further events matter to you, such as brochure opens or tap versus scan, and add them to your dashboard.
What happens when a rep leaves the company?
Seats belong to the company, not to the rep. A manager marks the person inactive in the workspace, the seat is freed for the next hire and no reprint of brochures is needed. New hires are added the same way, one at a time or in bulk from a spreadsheet.
Can pharma teams use it with approved materials only?
Yes. The brochures on the cards come from one central library that your medical and legal reviewers approve. Reps do not attach their own files, so every client sees the current approved version. We have built digital brochures for pharma brands since 2020.
How is the Digital Sales Kit priced?
It starts with a fixed-price pilot for one team, credited to the full rollout if you continue. After rollout you pay a per-seat annual subscription that covers hosting, seat administration, card edits and analytics. We quote after a short call, once we know the team size, languages and brochures.
Can the cards run on our own domain and in several languages?
Yes. Cards can run on a domain branded for your company, and each person can have language versions that share one seat. Our banking reference runs this way today.
Start with one team
Tell us the team size, the languages and the brochures your reps hand out. We'll show you the cards and the manager view in 20 minutes and send a fixed-price pilot scope.
