ICSS Immersive Team Journey: A Multi-Reality Teambuilding
For ICSS, a key player in the energy sector, we designed a unique multi-reality teambuilding event. The "Immersive Team Journey" combined PC-based VR experiences on the Oculus Rift DK2 with mobile VR using Samsung Gear VR. This created a dynamic VR arcade setup that encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and friendly competition, offering a memorable and engaging corporate event.
Challenge
ICSS, an engineering firm focused on solar energy, needed to move away from traditional, low-engagement team activities. They sought a high-impact, sophisticated experience to reward their technical team, relieve workplace stress, and introduce them to the potential of immersive technologies.
