Postbank Onboarding Version 2
This project is the second iteration of Postbank's successful VR onboarding program. Leveraging gamification and immersive VR, the experience streamlines the integration of new hires into the company culture. It provides a standardized, engaging, and efficient training module that enhances knowledge retention and accelerates employee readiness within the enterprise banking environment.
Challenge
Meaningfully building upon the V1 foundation to add significant value, improving visual fidelity and interaction quality while integrating new gamified recruitment elements.
Outcome
Successfully deployed to over 200 employees with majorly enhanced engagement. The addition of the 'Talent Attraction' tennis game and the brand mascot created a more immersive and welcoming introduction to the bank.
