TOM Bulgaria: VR Accessibility & Motor Rehab Pilot
A pioneering VR neuro-rehabilitation environment built for the TOM Bulgaria techaton. Using Unity and Oculus Rift, the project provided a safe virtual space where participants with physical motor impairments could learn to use specialized supportive band systems, offering a more immersive and motivating alternative to traditional physical therapy.

Challenge
People with paraplegia and motor disabilities lacked safe, controlled, and engaging environments to practice movement and interact with supportive physical systems.
Outcome
Participants reported significantly higher engagement and preference for the VR-enhanced approach compared to conventional therapy methods.
