UBB VR Tower of Success
We recreated the UBB Headquarters in VR, but with a twist: the interior was transformed into a professional climbing gym. Candidates scaled custom-designed climbing walls inside the virtual building, navigating toward the "top" of their career. Upon reaching the summit, the system generated a "Virtual Selfie" featuring the user alongside their chosen career path (from 6 specialized directions), creating a personalized digital souvenir of their professional ambition.
Challenge
The client needed to differentiate themselves at bi-annual employer branding campaigns across six major events.
Outcome
The activation featured a competitive leaderboard and a personalized "Career Selfie" sent to each participant. This provided the client with a powerful post-event outreach tool: instead of a cold call, recruiters followed up with the personalized selfie and specific data on the candidate's chosen career direction. This data-driven approach led to a far more effective and personalized recruitment funnel, significantly increasing conversion rates from fair attendees to applicants.
