"UBB VR Tower of Success Version 2" is an enhanced virtual reality game where players climb a symbolic tower representing career progression at UBB. Each level presents challenges and questions related to the banking industry and UBB's corporate culture, with improved graphics and more complex gameplay than its predecessor.
Challenge
Following the success of the original "Tower of Success," United Bulgarian Bank wanted to create an updated and more sophisticated VR experience for their employer branding initiatives. The new version needed to reflect the bank's growth and evolving career pathways.
Outcome
The second version of the VR Tower of Success further solidified UBB's image as an innovative employer. It was a popular attraction at career fairs and internal events, effectively communicating career development opportunities and attracting top talent in the financial sector.
