VR Fashion Design Workshop: Magical Realism & Surrealism

A specialized design workshop led by Rafaela Rafaelova, a pioneer of VR art in the region, focusing on the intersection of fashion, surrealism, and 3D spatial drawing.

Challenge

To introduce traditional fashion students to the world of 3D spatial design, teaching them to translate surrealist concepts into immersive, three-dimensional sketches.

Outcome

Students gained hands-on experience with Google Tilt Brush under the guidance of an artist featured at the VR Burn festival. The workshop successfully demonstrated how folklore and myths can be reimagined through modern VR tools.
